Upholding the Integrity of Academic Records

SOCIOPEDIA: Jurnal Inovasi Pendidikan dan Sosial is committed to maintaining the integrity of the academic record and ensuring the accuracy of published research.

Criteria for Retractions or Corrections:

Plagiarism Significant overlap with other works without proper credit.
Data Fabrication Manipulated data or fraudulent research findings.
Ethical Violations Breach of research ethics or human rights protocols.

Standard Procedures:

  • Transparency: All corrections will be clearly identified, labeled as "Erratum" or "Corrigendum", and permanently linked to the original article.
  • Retraction Notice: If a retraction is necessary, a notice will be published in the next available issue and linked to the digital version of the paper.
  • COPE Compliance: SOCIOPEDIA follows the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) flowcharts when dealing with cases of suspected misconduct.
SOCIOPEDIA: Jurnal Inovasi Pendidikan dan Sosial reserves the right to issue retractions to protect the scientific record from misleading or untrustworthy publications.
