Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed the education system, particularly in secondary schools. Digital learning media such as e-learning platforms, video-based instruction, and online classroom applications have become essential tools in supporting teaching and learning processes. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital learning media on students’ academic achievement in secondary schools. The method used is a literature review by examining various relevant previous studies on digital learning media and student learning outcomes. The findings indicate that digital learning media have a positive effect on students’ academic achievement. This improvement is influenced by increased student motivation, easier access to learning materials, and more interactive learning experiences. However, the effectiveness of digital learning media depends on several factors, including internet accessibility, teachers’ digital competence, and the availability of technological infrastructure. In conclusion, digital learning media contribute significantly to improving students’ academic achievement when implemented effectively and supported by adequate learning environments.
