Publication Ethic
Publication Ethics
The Journal of Global Education and Multidisciplinary Research (JGEMR) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against publication malpractice. All parties involved in the publication process, including authors, editors, reviewers, and publishers, are expected to adhere to ethical principles and professional standards to ensure the quality and integrity of scholarly publications.
Duties of Authors
Authors must ensure that their submitted manuscripts are original works that have not been published previously or simultaneously submitted to another journal. Proper acknowledgment of the work of others must always be given through accurate citation and referencing. Authors are responsible for presenting accurate data and objective discussion in their research. Any form of plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or unethical research behavior is strictly prohibited. Authors must also disclose any potential conflicts of interest and ensure that research involving human participants complies with ethical standards and institutional regulations.
Duties of Editors
Editors are responsible for making publication decisions based on the academic merit, originality, clarity, and relevance of the manuscript to the journal’s scope. Editors must evaluate manuscripts fairly without discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or political beliefs of the authors. Confidentiality of submitted manuscripts must be maintained at all times. Editors must also ensure that the peer-review process is conducted objectively and transparently.
Duties of Reviewers
Reviewers assist editors in making editorial decisions and help authors improve the quality of their manuscripts through constructive feedback. Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts objectively, professionally, and within the specified review period. All manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents. Reviewers should identify relevant published works that have not been cited by the authors and report any suspicion of plagiarism, duplication, or ethical misconduct to the editor.
Duties of the Publisher
The publisher of JGEMR is committed to supporting editorial independence and maintaining academic integrity in all publication processes. The publisher ensures that commercial interests do not influence editorial decisions and supports the implementation of ethical standards in scholarly publishing. In cases of ethical violations, the publisher, together with the editorial board, will take appropriate action, including corrections, retractions, or withdrawal of published articles when necessary.
Plagiarism Policy
JGEMR has a strict anti-plagiarism policy. All submitted manuscripts will undergo plagiarism screening using appropriate plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with a high level of similarity or evidence of plagiarism will be rejected immediately. Authors are expected to submit only original and properly cited work.
Publication Malpractice
Any unethical publishing behavior, including plagiarism, duplicate publication, citation manipulation, authorship manipulation, or data fabrication, will not be tolerated. If misconduct is identified before or after publication, the journal reserves the right to reject, retract, or remove the article and inform relevant institutions or authorities if necessary.
