This study aims to analyze the influence of the school environment on students’ learning discipline. The school environment plays an important role in shaping students’ attitudes, behavior, and academic habits. A conducive, safe, and supportive environment is expected to improve students’ discipline in learning activities. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method by analyzing various previous studies related to the school environment and learning discipline. The data were collected from relevant journal articles and academic publications. The findings indicate that the school environment, including physical conditions, teacher-student relationships, school rules, and peer interactions, has a significant influence on students’ learning discipline. A positive school environment contributes to better discipline, motivation, and academic performance. However, negative environments such as lack of supervision, poor facilities, and disruptive peer influence can reduce students’ discipline levels. In conclusion, the school environment plays a crucial role in shaping and improving students’ learning discipline, and therefore requires continuous improvement from all stakeholders.
