Konseling Keuangan Sebagai Upaya Mengatasi Stres Ekonomi Pada Keluarga

Stres ekonomi merupakan kondisi tekanan psikologis yang muncul ketika keluarga menilai bahwa pendapatan, aset, dan sumber daya yang dimiliki tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan, kewajiban, serta tujuan keuangan. Permasalahan tersebut tidak hanya memengaruhi kemampuan keluarga dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup, tetapi juga dapat menimbulkan kecemasan, konflik pasangan, penurunan kepuasan pernikahan, gangguan komunikasi, dan ketidakstabilan hubungan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bentuk stres ekonomi pada keluarga, dampaknya terhadap kondisi psikologis dan hubungan antaranggota keluarga, serta peran konseling keuangan dalam membantu keluarga mengelola tekanan ekonomi. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan atau library research. Data dikumpulkan dari artikel jurnal, buku, dan hasil penelitian ilmiah yang membahas stres keuangan, kesejahteraan finansial, literasi keuangan, perilaku pengelolaan keuangan, serta konseling keluarga. Data dianalisis melalui tahap identifikasi, seleksi, pengelompokan, perbandingan, interpretasi, dan sintesis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres ekonomi pada keluarga terbentuk melalui interaksi antara kondisi keuangan objektif dan penilaian subjektif terhadap kemampuan mengelola masalah keuangan. Stres ekonomi dapat muncul dalam dimensi afektif, fisiologis, perilaku, kognitif, dan relasional. Konseling keuangan dapat membantu keluarga melalui asesmen kondisi finansial, identifikasi pola pikir terhadap uang, peningkatan komunikasi pasangan, penyusunan anggaran bersama, penataan utang, pembentukan dana darurat, penguatan literasi keuangan, dan evaluasi perilaku finansial. Efektivitas konseling keuangan ditentukan oleh keterbukaan anggota keluarga, komitmen menjalankan rencana, kemampuan konselor menjaga batas kompetensi, serta dukungan layanan lain ketika keluarga mengalami gangguan psikologis atau persoalan hukum yang lebih kompleks
