Model Konseling Ekonomi Bagi Pelaku UMKM Dalam Menghadapi Ketidakpastian Usaha

Ketidakpastian usaha merupakan kondisi yang melekat pada aktivitas usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), terutama ketika pelaku usaha menghadapi perubahan permintaan, fluktuasi harga bahan baku, keterbatasan modal, gangguan rantai pasok, perubahan teknologi, dan tekanan psikologis akibat risiko kehilangan pendapatan. Pendampingan UMKM selama ini lebih banyak menekankan pelatihan teknis, sedangkan aspek emosional, pola pengambilan keputusan, perilaku keuangan, dan ketahanan pemilik usaha belum selalu ditangani secara terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kebutuhan konseling ekonomi bagi pelaku UMKM dan merumuskan model konseptual untuk membantu mereka menghadapi ketidakpastian usaha. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan atau library research. Sebanyak 20 sumber ilmiah yang membahas resiliensi organisasi, kesehatan mental wirausaha, literasi keuangan, transformasi digital, inovasi, serta keberlangsungan UMKM dianalisis melalui reduksi data, pengodean tematik, perbandingan, dan sintesis konseptual. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa ketidakpastian usaha memengaruhi UMKM melalui lima ranah utama, yaitu psikologis, keuangan, operasional, pasar, dan strategis. Berdasarkan sintesis tersebut, penelitian mengembangkan Model SIAGA-UMKM yang terdiri atas skrining dan stabilisasi, identifikasi sumber ketidakpastian, analisis kondisi usaha dan pola respons, goal setting, aksi adaptif, uji perkembangan, mitigasi risiko, kolaborasi layanan, dan monitoring berkelanjutan. Model ini memadukan regulasi emosi, literasi keuangan, pemetaan risiko, penguatan efikasi diri, inovasi, dan digitalisasi. Model SIAGA-UMKM bersifat konseptual sehingga memerlukan pengujian empiris sebelum digunakan sebagai intervensi baku
