Pendekatan Konseling Islam dalam Mengatasi Kecemasan Ekonomi pada Masyarakat

Kecemasan ekonomi merupakan respons emosional, kognitif, fisiologis, dan perilaku yang muncul ketika individu atau keluarga menilai bahwa sumber daya finansial yang dimiliki tidak cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan, kewajiban, dan ketidakpastian masa depan. Tekanan tersebut dapat berkembang menjadi kekhawatiran berulang, gangguan tidur, konflik keluarga, perilaku menghindari tagihan, keputusan finansial impulsif, serta menurunnya fungsi sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis karakteristik kecemasan ekonomi pada masyarakat dan merumuskan pendekatan konseling Islam yang mengintegrasikan asesmen psikologis, penguatan spiritual, pengelolaan kognitif-emosional, literasi keuangan, dukungan sosial, dan tindakan ekonomi yang realistis. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan atau library research. Data bersumber dari artikel jurnal, buku, dan karya ilmiah yang membahas stres finansial, kecemasan, koping religius, psikologi Islam, psikoterapi Islam, serta konseling berbasis agama. Analisis dilakukan melalui identifikasi, seleksi, kategorisasi, perbandingan, interpretasi, dan sintesis tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kecemasan ekonomi tidak cukup ditangani melalui nasihat spiritual atau pendidikan keuangan secara terpisah. Konseling Islam perlu memadukan nilai tauhid, tawakal, sabar, syukur, qanaah, muhasabah, dan ikhtiar dengan keterampilan regulasi emosi, restrukturisasi pikiran, penyusunan anggaran, penataan utang, penguatan dukungan keluarga, serta akses terhadap layanan sosial. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Model TAWAKAL sebagai model konseptual yang terdiri atas tahap Temukan masalah, Asesmen menyeluruh, Wujudkan ketenangan, Atur prioritas ekonomi, Kuatkan ikhtiar dan dukungan, Aktualisasikan kebiasaan sehat, serta Lakukan evaluasi dan rujukan. Model tersebut belum merupakan intervensi yang telah tervalidasi secara empiris, sehingga diperlukan penelitian lapangan untuk menguji efektivitas dan kesesuaiannya pada kelompok masyarakat yang berbeda.
